Help Build a Permanent Home for Memory

RUTH’s launch plan uses a phased capital campaign to support museum build-out, exhibitions, education, digital infrastructure, staffing, professional services, and responsible operating runway.

The campaign

The museum’s planning documents set a $5 million capital and launch goal, with phases for seed funding, development, matching and corporate support, and a community/opening campaign.

Phase 1Foundation: seed fundraising, governance, planning, and museum layout.
Phase 2Development: build-out, exhibit design, digital systems, education, and core staffing.
Phase 3Launch preparation: installation, visitor systems, staff training, previews, and school bookings.
Phase 4Grand opening and full operations.
